Responsibilities
- Oversee service orders and workflow in the Drive Lane.
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service .
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries.
- Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs.
- Maintain high Customer Success Index standards.
