Requirements

  • Automotive Knowledge Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly
  • Customer Service Excellence Friendly, professional, and customer-first approach
  • Strong listening, communication, and empathy skills
  • Problem-Solving Ability Able to think quickly and make smart decisions
  • Attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Organization & Time Management Skilled at managing multiple customers and repair orders
  • Strong documentation and follow-up skills
  • Sales & Communication Ability to recommend services confidently and ethically
  • Comfortable discussing timelines, repair needs, and pricing
  • Computer & Systems Skills Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, dealership software)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Previous Service Advisor experience required

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide an exceptional, friendly service experience
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders
  • Explain recommended services in a simple, customer-friendly way
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the process
  • Recommend maintenance, repairs, and value-added services
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Provide post-service follow-up to ensure satisfaction
