As the primary point of contact for customers, you will help them understand their vehicle needs, recommend solutions, and ensure a smooth and professional service experience. Lamb's Tire & Automotive operates multiple locations in Central Texas and is part of Sun Auto Tire & Service, a national leader in automotive services.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Professional appearance
Proven ability to work in a process-driven environment
Possess a valid driver's license
Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and courteously in person and on the phone.
Document customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and verify service needs.
Recommend services and clearly communicate technician recommendations to customers.
Promote the sale of appropriate services, parts, and accessories.
Provide accurate quotes for services, including cost and completion time.
Update customers on the status of their services throughout the day.
Process customer payments, review completed inspections, and explain warranties.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
