Requirements

Minimum of two years experience as a service advisor.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record in the state of employment.
Positive attitude with a high-energy and professional demeanor.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately identify customer service needs.
Recommend appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding product details and service requirements.
Provide accurate cost and time estimates for recommended services and obtain customer authorization.
Monitor service progress and communicate with customers regarding any changes in cost, timing, or recommended services.
Manage warranty repairs for new and used vehicles following manufacturer guidelines.
Confirm service appointments by telephone prior to customer arrival and conduct post-repair follow-up.
Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure all services and repairs are completed to satisfaction and communicate results with customers.
Comply with state and federal automobile repair and consumer protection laws.
Exemplify the company's values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
