Automotive Service Advisor - Newport Lexus
About The Position
Newport Lexus, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors who are passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people. This role involves representing a quality Lexus product and providing an exceptional client experience. Luxury line experience is a plus. The position is commission-based with a salary range of $6,000-$18,000 per month. Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience in a shop setting
- Positive & Friendly Attitude
- Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
- Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing.

- Experience with CDK and Xtime computer programs
