About The Position
BMW/MINI of Annapolis, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth customer experience by managing appointments, creating repair orders, communicating with technicians and the parts team, and keeping customers informed about their vehicle's service status. The ideal candidate will possess strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information.
Requirements
- Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
- Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
- Positive & Friendly Attitude
- Interpersonal Communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
- Ability to achieve targeted goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
- Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
- Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
