About The Position

The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for an organized, goal-oriented individual to join their team as a Full-Time Service Retention Associate for their BMW & MINI stores. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with a variety of clients. The company offers a supportive environment to help develop customer service skills in luxury automotives.

Requirements

  • Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Familiarity with a multi-line phone system
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize task efficiently; dependable
  • Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone

Responsibilities

  • Schedule service appointment
  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments declined services and upcoming maintenance
  • Contact clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts
  • Other duties assigned by management team
