As our next Auto Service Advisor, you’ll be the pit crew chief — the go-to expert who ensures every customer leaves thrilled with their experience. You’ll: Guide customers through their service journey with precision, confidence, and genuine care. Diagnose and document vehicle issues with laser-sharp accuracy. Here’s what’s under the hood: Process driven Service Department with ongoing employee training Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $50,000.00 - $150,000.00; including monthly 6% commissions of individual gross profit on service, detail, and parts (excluding warranty) in accordance with the terms of pay plan; 3.75% commissions of individual gross profit on parts Warranty individual gross profit in accordance with the terms of pay plan; additional monthly bonus up to $1,500.00 if the dealership’s monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed national average in accordance with terms of pay plan. 🧭 What We’re Looking For Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment Strong process management and communication skills A customer-first mindset and sharp sales instincts A track record of delivering measurable results Independent decision-making and problem-solving confidence You’re not just good — you’re driven.   • Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
