Automotive Service Advisor / Writer | Urdu or Hindi Speaking Preferred | Up to $100k
About The Position
We are looking for a high-energy, professional Automotive Service Advisor who knows how to take care of customers, build relationships, communicate clearly, and sell needed automotive repairs with confidence and integrity. Our shop serves an incredibly diverse customer base throughout the Missouri City, Sugar Land, Stafford, and Southwest Houston communities. The ability to communicate professionally in Urdu or Hindi is highly preferred and would be a valuable asset in helping us provide an exceptional experience to more of the customers and families we serve. Automotive experience is preferred, but we're ultimately looking for someone with the personality, communication skills, sales ability, and drive to succeed.
Requirements

- Positive, energetic personality
- Organized and capable of handling multiple customers and repair orders
- Comfortable communicating by phone, text, and in person
- Professional fluency in Urdu and/or Hindi is highly preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable driving requirements
Nice To Haves
- Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Automotive knowledge is a plus
- Additional multilingual capabilities are welcomed
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and build strong, long-term relationships
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
- Explain inspections, maintenance, and repair recommendations in an easy-to-understand way
- Present repair estimates and help customers make informed decisions
- Communicate the value and importance of recommended repairs
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians to keep workflow moving efficiently
- Follow up with customers and ensure an exceptional experience
- Help generate repeat and referral business through outstanding customer service
- Contribute to the shop's sales, customer satisfaction, and overall performance
