Automotive Service Advisor, Earn up to 85K! Must Have Experience!
About The Position
Mills Auto Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the team at Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Goldsboro. As a family-owned and operated company for 15 years, Mills Auto Group has grown from 1 store to 38 and values employee growth, promoting from within, and recognizing accomplishments through appreciation events. Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chrysler Service Advisor or a Service Consultant is a MUST!
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Above average energy level

- Good knowledge of automobiles
- Positive, friendly attitude
- Must be able work Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Must have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer to the work order
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Communicate updates with each customer a minimum of 2 times daily for drop offs
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently who are waiting
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order being as detailed as possible
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
