About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in an automotive service advisory or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and service procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
- Assess customers’ automotive service needs, explain recommended services, and provide accurate estimates.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with the technicians to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status, service timelines, and any updates or changes.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and service transactions.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure that vehicles are serviced promptly and to the highest standards.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance the overall customer experience and service department revenue.
