Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Proficiency with computer systems and service software
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs
• Prepare estimates and obtain customer approvals
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status throughout the service process
• Handle billing, invoicing, and follow-up communication
• Maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business
