Requirements
- Ability to be to work on time and a reliable teammate is required
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure to maintain quality customer experience
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in the automotive industry is required
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- A passion for helping customers and solving problems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and determine their service needs
- Provide clear and accurate estimates for vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with the service team and customers, keeping them updated on vehicle progress
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional, courteous manner
- Ensure a positive experience that keeps customers coming back!
