Requirements

  • Ability to be to work on time and a reliable teammate is required
  • Ability to make critical decisions under pressure to maintain quality customer experience
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in the automotive industry is required
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • A passion for helping customers and solving problems
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and determine their service needs
  • Provide clear and accurate estimates for vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with the service team and customers, keeping them updated on vehicle progress
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional, courteous manner
  • Ensure a positive experience that keeps customers coming back!
