About The Position

Boardwalk Honda, part of Group 1 Automotive, a Fortune 250 company and a leader in automotive retail, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join their team. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth customer experience by managing appointments, creating repair orders, communicating with technicians and parts teams, and providing vehicle status updates to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong product knowledge, a positive attitude, and a desire to provide exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• CDK/ADP experience a plus
• Positive & Friendly Attitude
• Interpersonal Communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
• Ability to achieve targeted goals
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
