Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Comfortable using computer systems and dealership software.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience from arrival to vehicle pickup.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair and maintenance needs.
- Prepare repair orders and communicate effectively with technicians.
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle inspections.
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships through honest communication and outstanding service.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time.
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and professional service drive.
