About The Position

This customer service position comes with a competitive base pay plus commission, with the potential to earn up to $80,000 a year. Requirements

18 years old or older
Previous sales and service advisor experience
Valid driver's license
People person who can easily connect with others
Excellent communication skills
Patience and ability to empathize with others
Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Guide customers through their elected services, acting as the main point of contact between them and auto technicians.
Advise customers on tires, brakes, and other recommended services in an easy-to-understand manner following a service review.
Help customers make decisions by expertly explaining benefits, costs, and product features.
Build trust and make connections to gain repeat business.
