Requirements
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience strongly preferred
- Dealership or independent automotive repair experience welcome
- Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and MVR
Nice To Haves
- CDK and Xtime experience is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a professional, welcoming service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
- Schedule appointments and manage repair orders
- Review recommended maintenance and repairs with customers
- Explain technical information in a way customers can easily understand
- Communicate repair updates and timelines throughout the service process
- Work closely with technicians to monitor vehicle repairs
- Recommend appropriate maintenance and dealership services
- Review completed work with customers before vehicle delivery
- Follow up with customers and build relationships that encourage repeat business
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire service experience
