About The Position

McCarthy Chevrolet is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Advisor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and oral communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a dedication to providing excellent customer service. Requirements

• 1 year service writing experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and strong desire to sell
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Reynolds and Reynolds DMS knowledge preferred
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and write detailed service orders.
• Review vehicle reports for recalls and verify applicable warranties.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Review recommended and upcoming services.
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
• Provide cost estimates for mechanical and maintenance repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above dealership standards.
