Requirements

2+ years of automotive service writing/advisor experience required.
21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a solid driving history.
Proficient with computer systems and dealership management software (DMS).
Exceptional communication, strong time management, and a process-driven mindset.
Team-oriented with high attention to detail.
Ability to bend, lift, and stay active throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

Greet every guest with genuine hospitality and respect the moment they pull into our drive.
Accurately gather all guest and vehicle details to ensure the team has the full story before work begins.
Review vehicle history to recommend the exact maintenance, repairs, and safety services our customers need.
Translate complex "mechanic-speak" into clear, helpful explanations about warranties, costs, and repairs.
Oversee service orders, set customer appointments, and delegate tasks to the tech team to keep the shop humming.
Keep guests consistently informed about their vehicle's status so they never have to guess.
Create long-term relationships built on trust, turning first-time guests into lifelong customers.
Maintain flawless, accurate documentation on every service order to ensure a smooth experience for the guest and the shop.
