About The Position

Bentley Greensboro is seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our customers and the service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient communication throughout the vehicle maintenance and repair process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role in an automotive environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient with computer systems and software related to automotive service management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus.
• Experience as an automotive dealership service advisor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and gather vehicle information to understand service needs.
• Provide detailed and accurate service estimates to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians and other service staff.
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status, recommended services, and repairs.
• Maintain records of service and repairs performed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns promptly and professionally.
