Requirements

3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer
Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and vehicle systems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable working with digital shop workflow systems
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Build strong customer relationships from initial write-up through vehicle delivery
Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and accurately document repair needs
Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally
Coordinate communication between technicians and customers throughout the repair process
Manage workflow efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and follow-through
Utilize digital shop management systems for estimates, approvals, and communication
Support overall production goals while maintaining integrity and trust
