About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! This is a full-time, commission-based position with the potential for high earnings. The ideal candidate will have dealership service advisor experience and a strong performance background. You will be responsible for greeting customers, documenting service needs, recommending maintenance, preparing estimates, and communicating with customers and technicians.

Requirements

Dealership Service Advisor experience, preferred
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (3 yr min)

Nice To Haves

CDJR experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service drive
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle service needs
Determine and recommend necessary maintenance based on age, mileage and history of the vehicle.
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs and address any questions or concerns they may have
Comfortably and clearly explain all completed work and charges to the customer
Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of service orders
Collaborate closely with service technicians, parts department, and other dealership personnel to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
