About The Position

Gary Yeomans Honda is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Daytona Beach, FL. Requirements

• Prior experience in an automotive service advisor or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and services.
• Proficiency in computer applications and service management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage customer expectations professionally.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Listen carefully to customers' vehicle service concerns and accurately document service requests.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services, repair options, and pricing to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to expedite vehicle repair and maintenance processes.
• Maintain effective communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
• Manage service appointments and ensure the timely completion of work.
• Maintain accurate service records and process customer payments efficiently.
• Promote and sell additional service products, maintenance plans, and warranties.
