Automotive Service Advisor/Writer

About The Position

Ancira Nissan I-10 @ Huebner Road, part of the family-owned Ancira Auto Group, is hiring motivated, customer-focused Service Advisors. The position is the primary point of contact for customers and focuses on providing a high-quality service experience and building long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Candidates with prior Service Advisor experience are preferred; candidates with service or hospitality backgrounds who enjoy working with people and cars may also be considered. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, either 7 a.m.–6 p.m. or 8 a.m.–7 p.m., and alternating Saturdays from 7 a.m.–3 p.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid Texas driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for insurability.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.

Nice To Haves

Prior Service Advisor experience is preferred.
Hospitality or service-industry experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and manage the service intake process.
Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
Clearly explain recommended services using dealership technology and tools.
Coordinate with technicians and service management to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
Maintain accurate repair order documentation.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support future service needs.
Deliver service experiences aligned with Ancira Auto Group standards.
