About The Position

As the face of our Service Department, you'll build lasting relationships with customers while coordinating vehicle repairs from start to finish. You'll ensure every customer receives exceptional service, clear communication, and confidence throughout their service experience.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Automotive service knowledge with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with customers from diverse backgrounds and handling challenging situations professionally.
Team player who collaborates effectively with technicians and other dealership departments.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
Sales-minded approach focused on identifying customer needs and providing value-added service recommendations.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and build trust by understanding their vehicle concerns.
Diagnose service needs through customer conversations, vehicle inspections, and road tests.
Prepare repair recommendations and estimates; obtain customer approval before work begins.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses, timely repairs, and quality workmanship.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with regular updates.
Schedule service appointments and manage repair timelines.
Review completed repairs with customers and ensure satisfaction before delivery.
Recommend additional maintenance or repair services when appropriate.
Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation.
Deliver a professional, customer-first experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.
