About The Position

The Automotive Senior Sales Assistant is responsible for day-to-day assistance to our Lane Managers, utilizing DMS, Manufacturer accesses, and CRM tools. This role involves vetting and qualifying support for the entire LaFontaine Automotive Group. It offers an opportunity to learn from seasoned Managers and requires a strong focus on process and attention to detail.

Knowledge of VinSolutions not a requirement but favored.
Knowledge of Reynolds/Reynolds not a requirement but favored.

Responsibilities

VinSolutions (CRM) data entry.
Sold order tracking/logging and follow up.
Qualifying/Vetting request for quotes.
Quoting directly to our members of the group will be required after proper training is completed.
Coordinating and scheduling off-site deliveries.
Locating/Confirming available inventory at each of our locations.
