About The Position

Raceway Kia of Freehold is seeking experienced and driven automotive sales professionals for its Freehold locations. The ideal candidates will be proven producers who excel at building relationships, following a sales process, and closing deals. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified individuals. This role involves guiding customers through the vehicle purchase journey, demonstrating vehicles, managing leads, and consistently meeting sales targets to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

Automotive sales experience preferred
Proven sales performance and strong closing ability
Competitive, coachable, self-motivated, and accountable
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Evenings and Saturday availability required

Responsibilities

Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact through delivery
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
Conduct professional test drives and product presentations
Follow up with internet leads, unsold showroom traffic, and previous customers
Use the CRM consistently to manage opportunities and future business
Prospect for new customers and referrals
Meet or exceed monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals
Maintain a professional appearance and deliver an exceptional customer experience
