Requirements
- Sales experience preferred — automotive experience not required, we will train the right candidate
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, self-driven, and money-motivated mindset
- Confidence in negotiating and closing sales
- Passion for helping customers find the right vehicle
- Basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Showcase, demonstrate, and sell new and pre-owned vehicles
- Build lasting relationships with customers and prospects
- Follow up consistently to drive customer retention and repeat business
- Track customer interactions and sales activity using our CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences from start to finish
