Requirements

• Sales experience preferred — automotive experience not required, we will train the right candidate
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, self-driven, and money-motivated mindset
• Confidence in negotiating and closing sales
• Passion for helping customers find the right vehicle
• Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Showcase, demonstrate, and sell new and pre-owned vehicles
• Build lasting relationships with customers and prospects
• Follow up consistently to drive customer retention and repeat business
• Track customer interactions and sales activity using our CRM system
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences from start to finish
