About The Position
Open Road Acura is looking for a Product Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing excellent service to customers throughout their entire car-buying process, showcasing vehicles and explaining their features and warranties, and taking customers on test drives. The Product Specialist will also answer customer questions about cars, financing, and purchase processes, and qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests to match them with suitable vehicles. Staying up-to-date on manufacturer training is essential to remain knowledgeable about all available vehicles.
