This position will focus on all aspects of Mercedes-Benz sales, including product knowledge and consultation based on client need analysis, appropriate lease/finance structures, and client interaction and buying experience. We offer a competitive gross commission pay plan plus unit bonuses that can yield a strong candidate a minimum of $100,000 in earnings.

Nice To Haves

Previous luxury automotive sales or other luxury retail sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Helps clients select a vehicle by asking the questions necessary to select the perfect fit for their transportation needs.
Provide product demonstration and test drives.
Guide potential clients through the sales process of purchasing or leasing a vehicle.
Work with management to structure leases/purchases.
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat clients.
Acquire knowledge of and stay current with the Mercedes-Benz product line.
Attends product and sales training as necessary.
