About The Position

Mercedes Benz of Dublin is seeking exceptional Sales Consultants to join their team and contribute to the company's growth. This is an opportunity to work for a top luxury dealership in Ohio, part of the Crown Automotive Group, a family-owned, top 100 dealership group founded in 1969. The role requires individuals who are customer-focused, team-oriented, continually learning, and possess honesty, reliability, and responsibility. The ideal candidate will be a top performer, dedicated to growing their client base, meeting and exceeding goals, and bringing sales experience and consulting skills to the role. Previous award-winning sales success is a plus, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport and trust with diverse customers. Basic computer proficiency is required, and experience with CRM software is a plus. Automotive sales experience is preferred.
