As an Automotive Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers who want to sell their vehicles to webuyanycar.com® USA. Unlike traditional automotive sales positions, you'll focus on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than selling vehicle inventory. Based in our University City, NC branch, you'll conduct car-buying appointments and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process from initial evaluation to completed vehicle purchase transactions. This role combines sales, customer service, and negotiation in a performance-driven environment where your results directly impact your earnings and career growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently in a branch environment
- Ability to effectively use computers, iPads, mobile devices, email, web-based applications, and sales systems
Nice To Haves
- Prior sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive, or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text, and other approved communication channels
- Conduct car-buying appointments with customers
- Build rapport, explain the value of our service, and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process
- Inspect and test drive vehicles as part of the purchasing process
- Negotiate purchase offers and complete vehicle purchase transactions
- Maintain customer records and follow-up activities
- Meet or exceed sales and activity goals
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment
