About The Position
Hertrich Kia of Easton is hiring Automotive Sales Representatives to start or grow their automotive sales career. Whether you're new to sales or an experienced professional, we provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed in our brand-new, state-of-the-art 14,000 sq. ft. facility. This position offers guaranteed training pay plus unlimited income potential through commissions and bonuses. You will build relationships, guide customers through the vehicle buying process, present vehicle options, follow up with customers, learn proven sales processes and product knowledge, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while working with a supportive, results-driven team.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Motivation to succeed and willingness to learn
- Flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is helpful but NOT required
- Customer service experience is a plus
