You will play an essential role in enhancing the lessee and dealer experience, maximizing residual values, and contributing to the design and maintenance of critical business systems.

Requirements

  • 3 years in an administrative/customer service role
  • Previous leasing or automotive experience in a wholesale sales environment
  • Customer focused
  • Strong understanding of vehicle pricing and market trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills
  • Dynamic and motivated
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Ability to manage regular interruptions to work-flow
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Experience with auto auctions and dealer sales
  • Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines
  • Able to handle large volumes of work
  • Experience in vehicle appraisal and auction sales in high volumes
  • Proficient written and verbal skills in English and French
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills

Responsibilities

  • Managing inventory nationally. Day to day review
  • Working with dealers daily for buyouts, pickup issues etc.
  • Co-ordinating pick-up requests and dealer/auction follow ups
  • Co-ordinate with dealers on post inspection follow up
  • Working with multiple auction vendors and dealers across the country
  • Review and decision vehicle repairs at auction
  • Monitor days in inventory/days to sell (Aging)
  • Finalizing run lists for physical auction sales
  • Auction sales repping daily
  • Ability to negotiate during high pressure auction sale days
  • Market value appraisals
  • Maintaining sales reports and multiple files for lease returns
  • Help manage private label sites to drive strong conversion rates
  • Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Coordinating accurate sales information for auction sales
  • Working with multiple departments daily
  • Administrative duties as required
