Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented culture
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve through coaching and training
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a professional and energetic manner to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
  • Guide customers through the full sales process—from initial contact to vehicle delivery—ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience
  • Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting key features, benefits, and value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Follow up consistently with prospects through phone, text, and email to maintain engagement and drive results
  • Stay knowledgeable on all Hyundai products, current incentives, and competitive market trends
  • Work collaboratively with management and the finance team to structure deals and meet customer needs
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
  • Uphold dealership standards for professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction at all times
