About The Position

Group 1 Acura Sugar Land is expanding and looking to add a high-performing Sales Professional with luxury dealership experience to our team. Representing the Acura brand means delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Our success is driven by our commitment to both our customers and our team. We’re specifically seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of luxury automotive sales experience (Acura preferred) who are passionate about customer service, thrive in a people-focused environment, and take pride in delivering a seamless, high-end purchase experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of luxury automotive sales experience is required (Acura preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
  • Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Experience handling phone leads and Internet inquiries is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
  • Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
