Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process
- Build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right Chevrolet vehicle and financing options
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Generate business through referrals, networking, and dealership-provided leads
- Maintain knowledge of Chevrolet products, technology, and current promotions
- Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service departments to deliver a seamless experience
