Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and leasing goals for new and used vehicles while maintaining dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles by identifying their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information on vehicle features, performance, and optional equipment.
  • Conduct vehicle test drives and demonstrate product benefits.
  • Maintain a professional, customer-centric approach throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure timely delivery of sold vehicles and complete all required paperwork accurately.
  • Collaborate with the finance and insurance department to finalize sales.
  • Stay informed on all dealership promotions, manufacturer incentives, and product updates.
  • Build strong customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
  • Promote dealership services and schedule the customer’s first service appointment.
  • Participate in training programs and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and skills.
