About The Position

Tooele Motor Company is one of Utah’s fastest-growing automotive dealerships, and we are actively hiring motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our high-volume team. If you are experienced in automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, or commission-based sales and want a dealership with strong traffic, a transparent pay plan, and real earning potential, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience required
Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Automotive sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

Build strong customer relationships and create customers for life
Guide customers through a professional and transparent sales process
Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles
Maintain follow-up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
Work closely with finance and management teams to maximize customer experience
Maintain a professional, competitive, and team-oriented attitude
