About The Position

Toliver Chevrolet GMC is growing fast and is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join their team as Automotive Sales Professionals. The company provides training, tools, and inventory for success. This role is for individuals who are driven, personable, and ready to build a career in automotive sales. The position involves guiding customers through the entire vehicle buying experience, assisting with vehicle selection, building relationships, conducting presentations and demonstrations, explaining features and financing, following up with leads, and collaborating with finance and service teams. Staying updated on inventory, features, and promotions is also part of the role.

Requirements

Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and mobile app skills (CRM, texting customers, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Sales experience is a plus—but not required (we train the right people)

Responsibilities

Guide customers through the entire vehicle buying experience—from first conversation to final delivery.
Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
Build relationships through in-person, phone, and online leads.
Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
Explain vehicle features, trims, financing options, and warranties.
Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of customers.
Work closely with finance and service teams to deliver a smooth experience.
Stay up to date on Chevrolet & GMC inventory, features, and promotions.
