About The Position

Group 1 Chevrolet Spring is seeking motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professionals to join our high-performing sales team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to build a long-term career in automotive sales. No prior automotive sales experience is required - we provide paid training and the opportunity to earn while you learn.

Requirements

  • Customer-facing sales experience required (automotive experience is a plus!)
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience handling phone leads and Internet inquiries is a strong plus
  • Strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
  • Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
  • Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
