Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and customer-focused
• Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Experience presenting finance and protection products is preferred

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing process while delivering an exceptional buying experience.
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Present and demonstrate Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
• Stay current on new models, features, and technology.
• Present financing, warranties, GAP, service contracts, and other finance and protection products.
• Assist customers with credit applications and complete sales documentation.
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads.
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, and text.
• Partner with our Business Development Center (BDC) to maximize appointments and sales.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.
