About The Position
Sands Chevrolet is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Professionals to join their growing sales team at their dealership in Surprise, AZ. They are hiring for both Internet Sales and Floor Sales positions. The ideal candidate will have experience working leads, building relationships, setting appointments, presenting vehicles, negotiating, and closing deals.
Requirements
- Previous automotive dealership sales experience required
- Proven ability to close automotive sales
- Experience with internet leads and/or showroom sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and consistent follow-up
- CRM experience preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
