Requirements

Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software, and internet proficiency
Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a sales representative in either automotive sales, inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing sales is preferred.
Previous auto sales experience with a track record of great success is preferred.
Entry-level candidates without automotive sales or other sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional vehicle shopping experience throughout the entire process, from browsing inventory online to narrowing down the search and walking into the store.
Offer a comfortable, hassle-free, and no-pressure experience on the customer's terms.
Sell vehicles and meet performance standards.
