About The Position

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury automotive sales and a proven track record of success. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and inspiring the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves leading the new car sales team, overseeing inventory, delivering a luxury sales experience, developing sales strategies, collaborating with other departments, and providing training and development to team members. Requirements

  • Proven track record as a New Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and hold a team accountable to achieve goals.
  • Strong understanding of luxury automotive customers and their expectations.
  • Exceptional sales skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm of luxury vehicles and the luxury automotive market.
