We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the leadership team at Norm Reeves Ford Lincoln Cerritos. Requirements

  • Automotive Sales Manager experience required.
  • Ford or Lincoln dealership experience preferred.
  • Proven success leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, CRM, and DMS systems.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Stable employment history with a track record of developing people and delivering results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the sales team to consistently achieve dealership sales goals.
  • Drive new and used vehicle sales while maximizing profitability.
  • Work closely with Finance, BDC, and dealership leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor daily sales activity, KPIs, and CRM performance.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Sales Consultants.
  • Assist with deal structuring, desking, and customer negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and ethical sales practices.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture.
