Requirements

Minimum 3 years of previous automotive dealership sales management experience required
Aggressive and motivated leader with passion for success, customer service, training and opportunity
Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives
Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales department
Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales force
Meet and exceed factory sales and customer satisfaction objectives
Set the highest level of professionalism for your team
Work with Finance Team to ensure performance metrics are achieved
Negotiate pricing with customers and problem solve
