We are looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing Chevrolet sales team. If you have General Motors or Chevrolet dealership experience, a proven track record in automotive sales management, and a passion for developing people and delivering an exceptional customer experience, we want to meet you! Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
- General Motors / Chevrolet dealership experience is a plus
- Strong automotive sales and leadership background
- Proven ability to motivate, coach and develop a sales team
- Strong understanding of new and pre-owned vehicle sales
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive, professional and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lead by example and create accountability
- Commitment to integrity, respect and a great customer experience
- A desire to build a long-term career and grow with our organization
