Requirements
- 3 years experience in automotive industry.
- Attention to detail.
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, and safe driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager.
- Previous experience with Toyota.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and motivating salespeople.
- Promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles.
- Performing typical managerial duties, such as organizing schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals.
- Creating strategies, budgets, and promotions that empower their teams to sell cars.
